Refined-Sugar-Free Lemonade





Some researches have proven refined sugar to be very bad for our health for several reasons such as its relation to cancer and its poor content in nutrients. It could totally be considered as a poison. 

It's pretty hard to imagine how something that is basically everywhere nowadays can be so bad for our organism. However, there's no need to worry: there are lots of natural alternatives for sweetening our meals such as coconut sugar, honey, agave nectar and stevia! 

Since Summer has come, I decided to share with you guys one of the more simple, delicious drinks that is so traditional when this weather hits, although this time in a much healthier way: refined-sugar-free LEMONADE! :)

I decided to sweeten it with (organic) agave nectar, but you can use any natural sweetener you like. This is what you'll need: 


INGREDIENTS (for 3 people aproximately)

- 250ml of lemon juice (preferably organic)
- 700ml of water
- Organic Agave nectar or any natural organic sweetener (quantity of your choice)
- Mint (preferably organic)


Now all you have to do is follow these steps (pretty easy eh!):








Finally, serve in a nice jar and add some mint. I left it in the fridge for about 10 minutes. It tasted much better then! 


I hope you really enjoy this super simple drink. It's very nice for a picnic with your friends and family, for going to the beach or refreshing yourself any time!
